HP Board of School Education Dharamshala

The Directorate of Primary Education

The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education was established under Act No. 14 of 1968, in the year 1969 with Headquarter in Shimla. In 1983, the Board Headquarter transferred to Dharamshala in Kangra District. Its location is at the foothills of the Dhauladhar ranges of western Himalayas overlooking picturesque Kangra valley of Himachal Pradesh.
